Hi! I’m Dr. Tara Coppola, ND, MS, CES—a licensed naturopathic physician, homeopath, and nutritionist devoted to gently guiding people through the complexities of chronic illness, persistent health challenges, and emotional overwhelm. My practice centers on supporting those facing complex and layered conditions, nurturing healing that reaches deep into the root causes rather than just soothing the surface.
I blend holistic naturopathic care with attentive listening, nervous system support, and occasionally delightful, quirky remedies, because every person’s path to healing is beautifully unique, and I believe humor and honest conversation (yes, even about digestion) make the process lighter.
Healing, to me, is about walking with you in your story, honoring your resilience, and sharing hope each day, even when the road is winding. My own experiences with adversity, neurodivergence, and relentless learning have shaped how I show up for my clients; I stand beside you, never above you, as we face the challenges together.
At Rising Phoenix Naturopathy, my joy is guiding high-achieving individuals and health seekers as they explore relief for chronic, complex conditions like digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, and mental wellbeing, through personalized, research-backed care plans. I have been working with Tara for over a year now and I am so grateful to have found her. Tara is not only a wonderful Doctor & Nutritionist, but she is an amazing person and friend! Tara is the first person I have worked with who has truly listed to my words, validated my concerns, and has demonstrated a genuine desire to help me feel better. I have dealt with GI issues for most of my life and have been in and out of hundreds of doctor’s offices. Not one person has offered me a real solution and instead I was left feeling like there was no hope to heal.
