Jeff Minke brings over a decade of hands-on experience in the dietary supplement industry to his role as Director of Product Compliance and Safety at AzureWell. Since joining the team, Jeff has hit the ground running — applying deep expertise in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Quality Management Systems to strengthen the compliance infrastructure that protects both consumers and the brand.

 

With a thorough command of 21 CFR 111 and other applicable regulatory standards, Jeff has a proven track record of navigating complex third-party and regulatory audits — including NSF, FDA, and a wide range of client audits — with confidence and precision. His understanding of the full manufacturing and labeling lifecycle means he doesn't just check boxes; he builds systems that are designed to last.

 

At AzureWell, Jeff is focused on cultivating a strong quality culture and driving operational excellence across the organization. He's passionate about forging foundational relationships with the team and creating compliant, scalable processes that support long-term growth.

 

Outside of work, Jeff is a devoted husband and father of two. You'll find him on the tennis court, or out in the forest with his oldest daughter — exploring trails and making memories on 4x4 rides.
