About Will
My professional path has been shaped in meaningful ways by health professionals across the world who have dedicated their lives to helping others unlock the innate potential for health that exists within us all.
For over a decade, I have had the privilege of working at the intersection of practitioner partnerships, clinical education, nutrient strategy, and business development within the health professional industry. That work has grounded me in the belief that when practitioners are supported with meaningful education, trustworthy and integrity-backed products, and strong organizational partnerships, they are able to create impact that extends far beyond individual patients and into families, communities, and generations to come.
My connection to this world began early. My grandfather, William A. Crawford, was one of the first surgical dentists in Denton, Texas, and my grandmother, Gladys Crawford, was a tenured biology professor at the University of North Texas for more than 57 years. Together, they instilled in me a deep respect for scientific thinking, curiosity, and entrepreneurship. Through them, I came to see how inquiry opens the door to new understanding and how a disciplined love of learning can shape a meaningful life.
As I grew older, my interests centered more deeply around food, nutrition, and the body’s remarkable capacity for adaptation. After navigating and learning to love myself through an eating disorder in high school, I went on to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of Texas in Austin, where I became increasingly fascinated by how the foods we eat nourish the countless chemical reactions that sustain life each day.
Through both my academic and professional journey, I have come to love helping people better understand the conditions that allow life to express itself more fully. I believe nutrition, environment, awareness, and relationships all play an essential role in shaping our quality of being. Because of that, my purpose has evolved into helping connect health professionals to new ideas, practical tools, and meaningful inspiration that support both their work and the individuals they serve.
Outside of my work, I am a yogi, nature adventurer, and photographer. My love for yoga, coherence, and macro photography reflects the same values that guide my professional life: attention, presence, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for the intelligence and beauty woven throughout the natural world.
As I begin this new chapter with AzureWell, I do so with genuine gratitude for the opportunity to build relationships with each of you. My hope is to serve in a way that is both professional and deeply human—supporting your practice growth while honoring the larger purpose behind this beautiful work: helping people live with greater health, clarity, and wholeness.
