Are you frustrated with a band-aid approach to health? My personal experience with health challenges led me to the on-going pursuit of knowledge and wisdom in the natural health field. Understanding the connection of the mind, body and spirit is crucial to regaining health. My passion is to help others find the root cause of their symptoms and heal naturally by restoring balance to the body through correct eating, removing toxins and toxic exposure, and rebalancing the body's natural energy flow.
