I’m Andrea Reed — Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach with Human Garage and Advanced Ancestral Clearing® Practitioner.
Through these modalities, I help you release the emotional, physical, and generational weight you've been carrying so you can come home to yourself again.
My healing path began early, watching my mother overcome an “incurable” illness in the 1980s using food, mindset, and natural remedies. That experience shaped everything I believe: the body knows how to heal—it just needs the right tools, support, and space.
For over 25 years, I’ve worked in the natural health and wellness space—from running organic retail stores in the UK to working in sales and distribution with top natural foods and supplements brands in the US.
But my deeper work began in motherhood, when birth trauma and chronic stress caused my own health to unravel.
Healing wasn’t a luxury—it became a necessity.
That journey led me to Ancestral Clearing®, Fascial Maneuvers, Somatic Coaching, and a blend of functional tools that helped me fully reconnect with my body.
Today, I share those same tools in my private practice, guiding others through stress release, nervous system repair, and true self-connection.
