The foundation of good health is good nutrition, a truth echoed in the saying, “you are what you eat.” Witnessing the fruits of this truth, I champion whole-person health through targeted nutrition and supplementation, lifestyle modifications, and optimizing digestive health. My top priority is partnering with patients on their journey toward lasting wellness, longevity, and disease prevention. I believe prevention is the best cure, and through the naturopathic principle “Docere,” I aim to help patients live in the reality of optimal health. Knowledge about and proper implementation of Azure’s products in patient’s treatment plans help me accomplish these goals.
My clinical passions include digestive health, hormonal balance and cardiometabolic health, detoxification therapies, and nutrition education.
