I am the founder of Vitality Codes™, with a 30-year background as a professional biohacker and in natural health.
I am a CMSAT BioResonance practitioner, embodiment expert, and a #1 Wall Street Journal best-selling co-author.
The body and natural health have been my passion from a young age. It has been a lifelong practice for me personally as well as teaching others. I love to guide and empower my clients to experience and attain the most vitality they have ever known in every area of their lives. I do this through BioResonance Sessions, natural biohacking techniques, holistic health recommendations, and detox protocols so they can reclaim the health and vitality they have been seeking and deserve.
I also lead women’s biohacking retreats and private coaching to access your innate vitality and/or transform your home into a holistic haven for your family.
