I’m a Holistic Health Coach with over 30 years of experience in reflexology, EFT, and energy-informed wellness support. My approach begins with a simple bioenergetic scan—completed remotely using a mailed sample, or in person at my office. It’s a non-invasive way to identify where your body may be holding stress or falling out of balance.
From there, I combine the scan results with your personal story: how you sleep, how you manage stress, your digestion, energy patterns, and daily routines. We keep things realistic and practical—each wellness session is shaped by your body’s current needs, with personalized support based on what your scan reveals.
In our virtual sessions, I’ll guide you through clear, manageable steps—My goal isn’t to push for quick fixes, but to help you build resilience and restore balance over time.
