Assisting parents with their children’s nutrition is a significant part of my practice. My background includes 14 years in pediatric ICUs (NICU, PICU, & CVICU). For 24 years I have followed children in the outpatient setting. For 18 years I have been assisting adults as well. Currently I see healthy and complex chronic children and adults. Symptoms often improve with natural nutrition opportunities, and providing pertinent information can be empowering such as an individualized regimen for a blenderized tube feeding utilizing the families’ usual meals. Personal experiences can complicate nourishing one's self and I assist with emotional eating, disordered eating and eating disorders. My objective is to support caregivers and individuals for optimal nutrition for fertility, GI health, and disease prevention and management.
Since 2001 I have had the opportunity to treat symptoms and what is labeled as disease with nutrition in the inpatient and outpatient setting. As a concierge practice I provide a thorough approach to nutrition providing empowerment while honoring autonomy. I provide nutrition information for people living in the United States.

My background includes 15 years in pediatric ICUs (NICU, PICU, & CVICU) and I continue to children including GI issues, eating disorders and disordered eating, autism, allergies, sensitivities and intolerances, diabetes, hypoglycemia, complex chronic, blenderized tube feedings, infant feeding, feeding disorders (including ARFID), toddler feeding, and Polycystic Ovary Syndrome.
Since 2007 I have been providing nutrition care to adults. Adult care includes allergy, autism, disordered eating and eating disorders (including ARFID), emotional eating, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, fertility, gestational diabetes, lactation, food sensitivities, GI (IBD, IBS, SIBO), hormone imbalance, inflammation, diabetes and hypoglycemia, menopause and sports nutrition.
