Own Words...
I have over eight years of experience in the health and wellness space. I currently hold a board-certification in holistic health and a certification in bioenergetic testing. I’m continually expanding my education, and I’m currently pursuing advanced studies in Naturopathy and Natural Medicine along with additional specialty training that I’ll be sharing soon. Each new layer of knowledge strengthens the depth, clarity, and precision I bring to my work, allowing me to offer my clients an even more integrative and effective approach.
It was through my personal journey of navigating my own health crisis and various health crises with my family that I uncovered my "WHY". I previously struggled with chronic sinusitis and chronic fatigue syndrome, while my son was diagnosed with autism, and both of my children faced PANS/PANDAS. After identifying and addressing a hidden black mold exposure along with several underlying pathogens, we are all thriving and living our best lives. My son no longer qualifies for autism or an IEP and his final ATEC score was a ZERO. Yes, you read that correctly - I recovered my son from autism! He also, had food sensitivities to wheat and strawberries, and can now enjoy both foods without any adverse reactions.
As I navigated each situation, my struggles pushed me to seek more knowledge and education, advocate for a healthier lifestyle, and empower others facing similar battles. My passion lies in helping individuals with chronic and mystery illnesses by identifying their root causes and clarifying what their bodies require to regain balance in an affordable, non-invasive way. I use data-driven holistic health approaches, guided by your biology, your frequency, and your unique healing blueprint.
