I have devoted my life to heart-centered healing, blending over 30 years of medical experience with a passion for holistic wellness. My journey began as a nursing assistant, grew through a nursing career, and led me to earn a Doctor of Naturopathy degree — all driven by a desire to understand and care for the whole person, not just symptoms.

For the past 25 years, I’ve focused on integrative health, combining the best of conventional and natural approaches to help individuals heal from within. My passion lies in uncovering the root causes of health challenges so true, lasting healing can begin.
