  • How Digestive Health Impacts Pregnancy

Is It Pregnancy Symptoms, or Something Deeper? In my practice and growing philosophy in understanding the body and the pathways to healing, choosing one supplement as a favorite has become very difficult! I’ll explain more on why that is, soon, in this article. That said; I am going to highlight a current favorite supplement on my list, which is Mid-Meal Every Meal Digestive Enzymes  from AzureWell.  While writing this, I am 8 months into a beautiful pregnancy with our second child. As many can relate, pregnancy has seemingly unlimited potential to bring forth many symptoms that are rare to the mother otherwise. Things like morning sickness, fatigue, constipation, skin changes, swollen extremities, heartburn, and acid reflux to name a few. I am no exception; at around 6 months in both of my pregnancies, I have experienced acid reflux.  Four years ago, while I was experiencing it with our first, I chalked it up to pregnancy and spicy food and endured through it. Come this pregnancy, however, I began to wonder more about why acid reflux was coming up during this time and what the root cause may be. I began to explore the emotional roots to acid reflux and was not surprised to read: “Difficulty digesting life. Feeling uncomfortable with what you are seeing, feeling, hearing and experiencing. Feeling irritated and frustrated about your inability to control what is happening around you. Guilt about the past. Feeling helpless about past choices. Resisting life rather than learning from your experiences.”  It sure makes sense why pregnancy would be a prime time to experience acid reflux, doesn’t it?!  I did some self-reflecting and noticed I was carrying a lot of these feelings, and because of the expansion that happens during the third trimester, it was a sensical time for them to begin surfacing. I started to recognize that pregnancy doesn’t cause these symptoms, rather, pregnancy highlights the deeper emotional roots that may be buried and brings them forward. I believe that this is for healing’s sake and a huge opportunity for us.  One night in particular, the acid reflux got severe, so much so, that I couldn’t sleep at all. I figured it was time to address some of those emotions I had identified earlier. After an hour or so of a journey through my heart, prayer and tears, restoration took place in my soul, and also in my esophagus. Immediately, my reflux went away, I laid down and slept like a baby.  There was a time that I carried the belief that supplements were everything, and we needed them for good health. I’ve also spent some time subscribed to the belief that supplements are a crutch and not necessary at all. Now, with a strong recognition of emotional drivers and their part in the creation of dis-ease, it might seem that I would reside in the latter camp even still, but what I’ve begun to realize is that neither camp encompasses the whole truth of the picture of our restoration.  While working on emotional drivers can bring complete restoration, as I experienced in the story above, sometimes we simply aren’t in a place to be able to venture into those difficult places of our heart, or, additional support is needed. If everything in Creation ultimately carries frequencies, which I believe is true, and our bodies, being part of that Creation, respond and react to these frequencies, we can start to adopt the idea that whole food supplements (unadulterated food from God’s design and Creation) offer much more support to our bodies than just the nutritional values. They would be able to synergistically support our body’s energetic and, therefore emotional, needs through the frequencies that each herb, plant, root or food is divinely created with.  For example, we’ve identified certain ties to emotions that have an impact on the digestive system in the body. Likewise, there are specific herbs and foods that are particularly helpful in supporting that system: Organic Noni, apple cider vinegar as well as a large array of enzymes. Are these helpful because of frequencies or nutrition? I’d argue both.  The first and best step to restoration in my opinion is through the avenue that is most accessible for us at that time. This may be emotional work, but oftentimes that is not the step most helpful for us to cross primarily, or, the body may simply need a little more additional support beyond the emotional work for quicker restoration. These times are where pure, whole food supplements come into play in a large way. In my story above, I had the capacity during my first bout of acid reflux to dig deep into the emotions for complete relief, but that wasn’t the end of my journey. A couple weeks later, I went through a few tough circumstances in my life and the acid reflux came back. At this point, I did not have the capacity to voyage openly into my emotions like I had prior, so instead I opted for what was within my capacity at that time: whole food supplements that would give targeted support to the underlying issue, based on my symptoms.  I dug out AzureWell’s Mid-Meal Every Meal Digestive Enzymes  and began utilizing it as a support to my body. Sometimes, care like this is enough for restoration of the body or resolution of symptoms. Other times, this is the catalyst that frees up some of the underlying energetic congestions to allow for the capacity to explore additional streams of restoration. Which direction the restoration comes from, doesn’t really matter – only that it does come.  Since emotions impact many areas in our body, addressing them fully can get our bodies back on track and alleviate the symptoms that arose all together, pretty quickly. In other scenarios, though, imbalances are often a result of long term emotional strains on our body, and while we may have healed the emotional root, extra care and nutrition might be needed in our body to bring it back to full life and complete health.  We see this play out similarly in farm fields that have been poorly managed with chemicals and no regard to the health of the soil. If the field has undergone this kind of handling short term, you may be able to recover it fairly quickly with the right tools and removal of contaminants. However, if the field has endured year after year of this kind of depravity and mistreatment, it’s likely going to take additional time and support in the way of nutrients and care to restore it back to full vibrancy and health. In either case – restoration is achievable and a worthy venture. The point I’d like to drive home here to each reader is this: supplements are neither a crutch nor a savior. They are, however, an incredible vehicle to restoration of the body and have multiple forms and fashions of accomplishing this within us. If you try one, and it doesn’t seem to “work,” go exploring! Get curious about whether there are other drivers present that you can identify and work with within yourself, or try a different supplement with similar support functions and pay close attention to how your body responds, both on the inside and the outside. Perhaps this will be enough to set your body back to optimal function or perhaps this will get your body “over the hump” to continue the restoration journey of your soul. In both cases, I identify these as huge wins for anyone seeking healing.  The key to utilizing supplements in this way is to find the products that embrace the commitment to purity, whole foods, and hold the understanding of our bodies and nature around us being expertly created by a Creator who cares. This is why I wholeheartedly recommend and support the AzureWell line. Their understanding of Creation and unwavering commitment to their beliefs, allow for supplements that can truly be utilized by the body in the fullest capacity.  Because of my view that one of the most important benefits to the body that whole food supplements offer are the frequencies that the plants, food and herbs carry, it becomes vital that they remain unadulterated and without harmful (yet common) excipients and ingredients that would become a detriment to the body. Furthermore, caring for the supplements in this way, allows for a process that gives the most nutritional values and positive body impact possible. They are truly a gift to have access to in our journey.  I hope this helps you in your journey to abundant health!  Find out more about Nicole Kallstrom  on our Find-a-Practitioner directory. • Practitioner Picks

Our AzureWell Practitioner's Favorite Supplements This month’s Practitioner Pick comes from Jeanne Calabretta, a Naturopathic Doctor and Certified Aromatherapist, who brings heart, science, and spiritual insight into her work. Whether she’s conducting scans on her Qest4 remotely or supporting emotional healing through custom flower essences, her care extends to her human (and pet) patients alike! “AzureWell has a great product called Magnesium G Glycinate . Its highly bioavailable attribute is that it is easily absorbed through the small intestine. Some of its benefits include: relieves anxiety, aids bone health, manages blood sugar, maintains regular heart rhythms because the heart is bathed in magnesium, reduces PMS, helps exercise performance, reduces pain, and relieves constipation as it softens stools for easier passage. Since stress burns through magnesium, this is an easy way to replace it in the body.” Find out more about   Jeanne Calabretta, N.D., A.A.S., CNHP, CMSAT, CA Natural Health Practitioner  on our Find-a-Practitioner directory. • Nourishing the Gift of Vision

Looking at the Bright Side of Your Amazing Eyes Have you ever squinted at your phone and thought, “Was that font always this small?” Then you found yourself reaching for your reading glasses only to forget where you left them… again? You’re not alone.  As the seasons of life unfold, we all find that our world that once popped with bold colors and bright lights becomes just a little softer around the edges—it's common and expected, and you're not alone. But, looking on the bright side, our eyes are gifts from God. Through these intricate and amazing organs, we have the privilege of witnessing the beauty of His creation. With the right nourishment and a touch of daily TLC, they can keep doing what they do best: giving you a front-row seat to the breathtaking views of this wondrous world we have been blessed with. Keep Your Sparkle Can we just take a moment to celebrate how amazing our eyes truly are?! Beneath the surface of these little miracles is a paper-thin   retina  packed full of light-catching wonder, a macula  that keeps colors looking crisp and vibrant, and melanin  that forms a gentle shield against the sun's beaming intensity. All of this, along with thousands of other structures and functions, works in harmony at the speed of light to make sure we can see and appreciate every detail in this beautiful world around us. And to top it all off, all of this eyeball brilliance comes with an incredible iris in stunning shades of blue and brown that you can marvel at in the mirror every morning before you start your glorious day! But, as we rack up the birthdays, even these most extraordinary creations can begin to lose their sparkle. Those tiny light-sensitive cells of the retina may slowly start to falter—dimming the vibrancy of color and clarity and affecting our night vision. Our natural pair of sunglasses, melanin, begins to fade with time, leaving your macula more exposed to light and oxidative stress. This silent shift is like a whisper, hinting that even God’s most elegant creations require nourishing love over time. Nourishing Your Vision AzureWell’s Advanced Eye Support harnesses the clinically proven power of two essential carotenoids, lutein (10 mg) and zeaxanthin (2 mg), to nourish and support the most delicate structures of the eye.* Lutein and zeaxanthin are naturally found in high concentrations within the macula and are the primary components of maintaining the density of our macular pigment. These two nutrients play a crucial role in supporting the eyes' natural defenses against the oxidative stress of the sun’s ultraviolet rays as well as cellphones’ harmful blue light.*  These nutrients, which we source exclusively from hundreds of marigold flowers (rather than synthetic alternatives), are naturally concentrated in the macula, the area of the retina responsible for our sharp vision.* Lutein and zeaxanthin work together to help maintain the density and integrity of macular pigment, which is vital for protecting our central vision.* They also support the overall health of the retina and photoreceptor cells (the structures responsible for processing light and transmitting visual information).* These powerful antioxidants promote visual acuity and contrast sensitivity, making it easier to distinguish fine details and subtle differences in color and light.* Perhaps most importantly, they help support the macula as it deals with oxidative stress and harmful high-energy light sources (such as blue light from digital screens and ultraviolet rays from sunlight).* AzureWell’s Astaxanthin Antioxidant  directly complements Advanced Eye Support by offering a broader and deeper layer of antioxidant protection.* The ability of astaxanthin to cross the blood-retinal and blood-brain barriers extends its support to the optic nerve and visual processing pathways, making it a powerful complement to macular carotenoids in comprehensive eye health protocols.* Azurewell’s Fermented B12 Liquid  is clinically used to directly support the optic nerve. It promotes the synthesis of myelin (which is essential for the rapid and accurate transmission of visual signals from the retina to the brain).* B12’s influence extends to the structural health of the retina and optic disc, promoting vessel density.* Additionally, B12 supports the activity of specific photoreceptor proteins involved in light detection and signal transduction, making it essential for healthy visual perception.* Our Fermented B12 Liquid is bioavailable and contains methylcobalamin, hydroxocobalamin, and adenosylcobalamin — NOT cyanocobalamin. Buyer Beware of B12 as Cyanocobalamin Cyanocobalamin is a synthetic form of vitamin B12 that contains a cyanide group (-CN) bonded to its central cobalt atom. This cyanide group is introduced during industrial synthesis to stabilize the molecule, making cyanocobalamin more shelf-stable compared to other forms of B12. When consumed, the body metabolizes cyanocobalamin by cleaving off the cyanide group to, hopefully, be processed by the liver and kidney. The remaining cyanide biochemically targets the mitochondria, blocking the electron transport chain and preventing cells from utilizing oxygen for ATP synthesis, resulting in tissue hypoxia, metabolic acidosis, and potentially organ failure. Awaken Your Power Whether you’re just starting to see the first signs of diminished vision or you’re sincerely struggling to see the world around you, trust in this: your body was wonderfully designed with the innate ability to heal itself. Though time may blur the edges, nourishing your body with the right nutrition will awaken its power to do everything it can to restore this precious gift of vision, bringing the brilliance of this world back into focus.

  • Snap, Crackle, OUCH!

Ease Your Joint Flare-Ups* Have you ever stood up from a chair, then under protest, your joints scream at you with a snap, crackle and pop? If so, you’re not alone. As we get older, life’s simple pleasures like gardening or playing with grandkids can make you feel like you just ran an Olympic event! There is no need for this to retire you from life. With the right nutritional care and lifestyle support, the joys of movement can be celebrated again, transforming every step into a source of freedom rather than frustration.* Why Me? One day you're bouncing out of bed and the next your knees are whispering sweet reminders of the years that have gone by. Ahh, the joys of aging… What gives? Beneath these sensations lies a deeper story that your body wants to tell. And more importantly, it's an opportunity to explore how restoring nutritional balance in your body can help bring back the vitality your joints once had.* As we age, those helpful hormones,   testosterone and estrogen , start to take a dip, making it tougher to maintain healthy cartilage and manage a healthy inflammatory response during times of stress.* Over time, this inflammation can create an oxidative stress that can work quietly beneath the surface, slowly eroding our protective padding that keeps our joints flexible and mobile.   Our ability to digest food  and absorb essential nutrients (that help manage this inflammatory response and keep oxidative stress in check), slowly declines with age.* Now, add in the effects of stress, lack of sleep, and some other bumps and bruises along the way, and it’s no surprise our joints don't feel as springy as they used to. No worries though, they are just needing a little extra love! What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About: Corticosteroid Injections If you have joint discomfort, it's likely you've been offered steroid injections, but this quick fix could come at a long-term cost. Research suggests this may not be the best short or long-term option. While these injections may or may not ease discomfort momentarily, you risk further damaging your cartilage and speeding up arthritis progression. Instead of chasing short-term relief, experts are suggesting a more sustainable approach to support your joints naturally!* Use and safety of corticosteroid injections in joints and musculoskeletal soft tissue: Guidelines from major pain and spine societies. Reg Anesth Pain Med. 2025 Feb 26. doi: 10.1136/rapm-2024-105656. Foundations for Health: Provide The Essentials Early The key to keeping your joints healthy isn’t about a quick fix to try to treat the pain when it strikes -- it's about giving them the "TLC" they need every day.* The secret? Slow and steady wins the race! It’s about nourishing your joints early on (before the symptoms get bad), at a foundational level, with essential nutrients that are the necessary building blocks so they stay strong for years to come.* The Triumphant Trio Nourishing your body with the three natural ingredients can be a sustainable solution in laying the groundwork for getting yourself back on the offense and maintaining joint strength and flexibility for years to come.* 1.  Alaskan Cod Liver Oil:  Ever wonder why cod liver oil is a renowned joint health superstar? It’s all thanks to its naturally occurring Omega-3s and vitamins A and D.* When Cod Liver Oil is provided in its most natural triglyceride form, these whole food nutrients work by promoting joint function and supporting a healthy inflammatory response.* Only the all-natural triglyceride form of Cod Liver Oil (not the ethyl ester form), has the biological activity of Omega-3's (DHA and EPA).  These Omega-3s provide naturally occurring pro-resolving mediators (PRMs), like resolvins, protectins, and maresins, to help the body manage inflammation naturally.* Additionally, when Cod Liver Oil is manufactured to maintain its triglyceride backbone (as AzureWell’s Alaskan Cod Liver Oil does), it creates the perfect fatty acid matrix to deliver naturally occurring vitamin A (as retinol) and vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol) to aid in bone and joint health, and tissue repair.* Together, these nutrients help maintain the integrity of cartilage, reduce joint stiffness, and promote overall joint comfort and flexibility.* 2.  Glucosamine Sulfate:  This unique formulation (which does not come from shellfish), acts as a precursor for proteoglycans which ensures the robustness and flexibility of cartilage.  Proteoglycans are crucial for joint function.* Glucosamine Sulfate also acts as a catalyst in the production of hyaluronic acid, promoting joint lubrication and fluid motion, thus reducing wear and tear on joints.* 3.  Pure Collagen :   AzureWell’s Pure Marine Collagen features a hydrolyzed collagen which delivers bioavailable peptides and amino acids, like glycine, proline, and hydroxyproline.  These are essential for rebuilding and repairing cartilage, tendons, and ligaments.* This amino acid and peptide matrix from hydrolyzed collagen provides essential building blocks of type II collagen, which maintains the structural integrity and elasticity of cartilage.* Hydrolyzed collagen also naturally promotes the production of hyaluronic acid, enhancing joint lubrication and cushioning.* By contributing to the health of joint tissues and supporting a healthy inflammatory response, hydrolyzed collagen helps alleviate joint stiffness, improving mobility, and protecting against cartilage degeneration.* Ease Joint Flare-Ups with Triple Strength Support* Does your discomfort have you living your life in survival mode, just passing the time instead of truly living? AzureWell’s Ease & Comfort for Joint & Tissue  is a triple-strength botanical blend, clinically formulated to immediately act in strengthening joints and easing joint flare-ups to promote healthy joint function while easing minor aches from daily wear and tear.* At the heart of this incredible trio is Andrographis paniculata , a centuries-old herb patented as ParActin™, clinically demonstrating its ability to naturally support the body to keep inflammation in check.* Formulated with ParActin is White Willow Bark Extract, to help ease everyday discomfort, and Sodium Hyaluronate, which helps keep your joints hydrated and flexible.* Enjoy What You Love When it comes to keeping joints happy and flexible, a little extra care can go a long way! Alaskan Cod Liver Oil, Glucosamine Sulfate, and Pure Collagen (along with Ease & Comfort for Joint & Tissue when you need it), come together to create an aggressive joint health program. This trio works to promote healthy cartilage and joint mobility while providing relief of minor pain so you can keep on your feet and continue enjoying what you love, everyday!* What Science Is Saying About Andrographis vs. Turmeric AzureWell’s Ease & Comfort for Joint & Tissue features a patented extract of Andrographis paniculata  which studies are suggesting is faster (and perhaps even more biologically effective) in managing healthy joint function than turmeric’s curcuminoids!* Researchers are fascinated by this herb's ability to promote PPAR-γ, a key protein that helps naturally balance NF-kB activity - the body’s trigger for our inflammatory response systems.* When NF-kB is properly regulated, its harmful chemicals like COX2, prostaglandins, and interleukin-6 don't get out of hand, helping to ease joint flare-ups and better manage a healthy inflammatory response. For we are God's masterpiece . He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10 NLT “Our body is God’s masterpiece of movement. So, nourish it with His seed-bearing plants and it will keep us moving and grooving with balance and grace.” - H.R. Payne

  • The (Natural) Secret Weapon for Surviving Adolescence

Botanical Clay for Stinky Armpits, Breakouts, and Bonding Let’s be honest for a minute and talk about that special phase in parenting no amount of well-meaning advice can prepare you for — adolescence. Somewhere between sweet toddler hugs, those masterful works of art you cherish by hanging on your fridge, and handing over the car keys, your sweet little angels start to smell … not-so-sweet.  There is a wealth of information about how to care for your babies, toddlers, and school-aged children naturally—any other baby-led weaning, organic feeding, cloth diapering mamas out there? But the information gets more sparse when you are navigating the murky waters of body odor, breakouts, and beauty advice when you are fighting tooth and nail to keep things holistic. If you are here, you are probably already that  mom. The one who reads the labels, knows her way around natural deodorants, and maybe even has been accused of running an “ingredients house” by kids who are bombarded by the pressures of the consumerist society we live in. That’s why I want to share one of my favorite crunchy mom hacks: AzureWell’s Botanical Body Clay . Clay: Not Just for Spa Days This is not just another fancy face mask you will buy, use once, and let expire. This clay is on heavy rotation at our house. It’s made with mineral-rich clays and botanicals designed to pull toxins, oils, and odors right out of the skin. Bonus? It is gentle, nourishing, and actually fun to use!   Let me tell you how you can turn clay into one of our favorite family bonding rituals. The Armpit Detox  By middle-school-age, most kids start to smell like they are training … for a marathon … in the summer … in Texas. Just my kids? To be fair, we live in Texas, but I digress. Why does this work? The minerals in the clay pull out odor-causing bacteria, sweat buildup, skin cells and remaining residues. It is a gentle and natural reset for armpits big and small. Mama Tip : Make this part of your monthly (or weekly) routine. Add a drop of limonene oil or  tea tree oil  (for stubborn stink from bacteria). Your laundry and your nose will thank you. Your pre-teen may even thank you, too!  Botanical Clay Recipe for Armpits: 1 tbsp of AzureWell Botanical Body Clay 2 tsp filtered water  Directions : Mix ingredients in a wooden or stainless steel bowl until you get a smooth paste. Think peanut butter, not clay. Experiment with the clay-to-water ratio until it feels spreadable.  Lovingly summon your teen to the “spa” for treatment. Apply generously using a clean popsicle stick, or they can spread the paste directly on the skin. Cover the whole area. Set a timer for 10-15 minutes. It may not dry entirely. Rinse. Doing this pre-shower is a good idea. Showering is an easier removal method, and they can follow with a Castile soap  or whatever they normally use to cleanse their skin.  Dry and sniff! If the smell is not totally gone, you can repeat weekly. When used with regular cleaning and natural deodorants, this can be a game changer for the smelly stage. Botanical Breakout Buster Raise your hand if your kid (or you) have stood in front of the mirror in full panic mode because of breakouts. Me too, friend. This clay pack is a lifesaver. It is mild on the skin, but tough on the junk that lies under the surface, clogging pores. You can mix up a little to dab directly on problem areas, or use it as a full face mask.  For the girls, especially those who want to start experimenting with makeup and skin care products (some of it is full of junk you wouldn’t put on a pancake), this mask is a natural alternative to support healthy skin without toxic chemicals. It is a good lesson that the best skin care is simple, and comes from nature itself.  Got boys? They are more receptive to using “mud” vs. something marketed to girls. This mask is basic and effective, and no one feels like they have to sneak into their sister’s skincare to tackle a zit. My son ended up enjoying this and would often ask to get in on our self-care routine.  Sometimes we sit together, mud masks on, and have one of those moments you wish you could freeze in time. Messy buns, clay face, and all!  Mama Tip: If you are in that fun stage of your own life where hormones have you breaking out like a teen, this works for you too! Add a few drops of  lavender essential oil  to the mix. You can mix the clay with aloe  instead of water for extra hydration.  Botanical Clay Recipe for Face : 1 tbsp of AzureWell Botanical Body Clay 2 tsp filtered water  Directions : Mix ingredients in a wooden or stainless steel bowl until you get a smooth paste. Think peanut butter, not clay. Experiment with the clay to water ratio until it feels spreadable.  Lovingly summon your teen to the “spa” for treatment. Apply generously using a clean popsicle stick, or they can spread the paste directly on the skin. Cover the whole area. This is a good thing to do after a shower when pores are open.  Set timer for 10-15 minutes. It does not need to crack and dry, it may not dry entirely.  Rinse.  Gently pat dry.  Follow with a gentle moisturizer if necessary.  Motherhood can be challenging, and sometimes you have to turn survival into celebration. At our house, clay masks have made their way into slumber parties, spa nights, and emergency breakout situations over the years.  There is something grounding about gathering your kids, mixing a little clay, and giving everyone permission to be silly, messy, and human together. You may even get a funny selfie - this one you can cherish, but you probably can’t hang on the fridge! Hopefully at the end of these years when you are launching young adults into the world, you will all not only love each other, but really like each other, too.

  • Practitioner Picks

Our AzureWell Practitioner's Favorite Supplements When asked to choose one favorite product from AzureWell it was difficult to choose just one. Therefore, I have chosen my two favorite products to share with you. Favorite AzureWell Product #1 The first is Azurewell Heart Support , which has been a game changer for the person most important to me. He had been on three prescriptions for high blood pressure. Prior to AzureWell products arriving on the market, he was taking hawthorne berry & garlic capsules, and a cayenne tincture – as recommended in his Qest4 bioenergetic scans. He had asked me to find a capsule form of the cayenne, as my tincture had a high heat index. About that time, AzureWell supplements were released, and I quickly searched for a replacement in their offerings.  I was pleased to find Heart Support, as it contained many of the same key herbs, as well as other powerful herbs such as olive leaf and cardamom to support healthy blood pressure.* The additional ingredients made for a more complete formula, and he immediately started on AzureWell Heart Support. He currently monitors his blood pressure at home with a blood pressure cuff.  He is now only taking one prescription drug, one or two times weekly, and a partial dosage at that, primarily on stressful work days. He loves the AzureWell Heart Support and what it has done for him, and intends to be completely off prescription drugs soon. F avorite AzureWell Product #2 Secondly, I want to share why I recommend AzureWell Para-Punch GI Defender frequently in my practice. Biofilms show up fairly often with my clients. Biofilms can create a physical barrier around bacteria, fungus, and parasites – pathogens that can individually wreak havoc, making it more challenging for the body to maintain a balanced gut environment. When these pathogens are “glued together” and hiding behind a biofilm, they are more difficult to detect and be eradicated by one’s own natural defense system. Biofilms accelerate the growth of these pathogens as well, allowing it to spread throughout the GI tract.  I instruct my clients to take a capsule with each meal, preferably three times daily. This formula contains wild bear's garlic. Garlic contains allicin which is known to disrupt biofilm growth.*  Pathogens encased in biofilms can also challenge the body’s natural defenses that help the body to regulate its natural inflammatory pathways. AzureWell’s Para-Punch GI Defender contains several excellent ingredients, including eugenol, that helps promote a balanced immune system modulating a healthy inflammatory response.* Most often I recommend pairing this product with Kutaja Gut Advantage , and my clients realize very good results promoting healthy gut function.*  Find out more about Rita Shimniok, Certified MSA on our Find-a-Practitioner directory. The dietary supplement products offered by AzureWell are not intended for consumers to cure, treat, prevent, diagnose, or mitigate any disease or medical condition. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. • A Scientific Review Into the Biochemistry of Triglyceride Cod Liver Oil

In Achieving Optimal Cellular Function and Coherence The molecular structure of fish oil greatly varies within the market and not only influences its health benefits but also affects its stability, rancidity, and oxidation. Fish oil primarily comes in two forms: the natural triglyceride (TG) form and the highly processed, molecularly distilled Ethyl Ester (EE) form. The triglyceride form is the natural state found in fish and is better recognized, absorbed, and utilized by the body because this is the biological blood circulating form. It is also more stable due to its strong glycerol backbone, reducing the risk of oxidation, rancidity, and degradation of other naturally occurring beneficial nutrient compounds. In contrast, the ethyl ester form is an artificial byproduct of extensive manufacturer processing. This ultra processing significantly alters the integrity of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), making the cod liver oil less stable, more prone to oxidation, and with lower bioavailability and biological function. As a result, manufacturers often inject synthetic DHA, EPA, vitamin A, and vitamin D into the final product in hopes of restoring its nutritional value. Unfortunately, this adulteration does not replicate the natural forms of these nutrients -- compromising their bioavailability and biological function. To ensure maximum health benefits, AzureWell only uses the triglyceride form of Cod Liver Oil, prioritizing purity, stability, and biological efficacy. Optimizing Membrane Fluidity to Achieve Cellular Coherence DHA and EPA are critical to the phospholipid bilayer of the cell membrane. They biochemically maintain membrane fluidity to promote nutrient transport, detoxification, and cellular homeostasis. Bioenergetically, the unique electron density of DHA and EPA influences the energetic matrix at which the cell resonates. The high electron density of DHA and EPA is directly responsible for these membrane dynamics, optimizing cellular function on a biochemical level and maintaining cellular coherence. Simply put, the higher the electron density from DHA and EPA's carbon-carbon bonds, the healthier the cell membrane's fluidity, optimizing its biochemical and bioenergetic functions. The Unnatural Consequence of Molecular Distillation Into Altered Forms Fish oils, in their natural triglyceride form, preserve the glycerol backbone attached to DHA and EPA. In contrast, molecular distillation cleaves this glycerol backbone from DHA and EPA and positions them into ethyl ester forms, disrupting the delicate carbon-carbon bonds, which yields their electron density. This unnatural alteration not only impairs DHA and EPA’s absorption rate into the cell membrane but diminishes the electron dynamics, weakening the membrane’s lipid matrix and affecting both its physiological function and the coherence of the membrane's energetic field. The Hidden Impact of Cod Liver Oil's PRMs When the triglyceride form of EPA and DHA is preserved in the manufacturing process, pro-resolving mediators (PRMs) like resolvins, protectins, and maresins , play a pivotal role in promoting a healthy inflammatory response, supporting the body’s natural clearance of inflammatory cells. However, the molecular distillation process of cod liver oil into the ethyl ester form alters the structural integrity of EPA and DHA.  This modification of the glycerol backbone also affects the activity of pro-resolving mediators, diminishing the natural inflammatory support typically associated with omega-3 fatty acids.  AzureWell Alaskan Cod Liver Oil contains active pro-resolving mediators, the concentration of which is similar to what is found in human breast milk during the first four weeks of lactation. Nature’s Perfect Pair Outperforms Their Synthetic Substitutes When Cod Liver Oil is manufactured to maintain its triglyceride backbone (as AzureWell’s Alaskan Cod Liver Oil does), it creates the perfect fatty acid matrix to deliver naturally occurring vitamin A (as retinol) and vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol). In contrast, high-temperature molecular distillation strips away this natural lipid matrix and exposes these volatile compounds to oxidative degradation of retinol into inactive or toxic byproducts (retinoic acid, retinaldehyde) and the breakdown of vitamin D3 into ineffective metabolites (tachysterol, lumisterol). Furthermore, manufacturers will often add synthetic vitamin A (as retinyl palmitate) and synthetic vitamin D (as ergocalciferol/D2, typically from irradiated sheep’s lanolin) to compensate for nutrient loss. These adulterated versions are not biologically active and can lead to excess accumulation of their toxic metabolites (vitamin A as retinaldehyde and vitamin D as ergocalciferol). Choosing a cod liver oil in the biological triglyceride form is the preferred structure for safeguarding its full-spectrum nutrient benefits, bioavailability, and bioenergetic dynamics. Not all fish oils are created equal! The difference between triglyceride-bound fatty acids and molecularly-altered ethyl-ester cod liver oil is not just a matter of purity. The difference directly affects how well the body can absorb and utilize its essential fatty acids, pro-resolving mediators, and fat-soluble vitamins. At AzureWell, by preserving the integrity of our Alaskan Cod Liver Oil in its triglyceride form, we ensure a clinical deliverable that nourishes and sustains cellular function at the biochemical and bioenergetic levels.

  • Ceruloplasmin: “The Innate Healer”

Could it be the key to optimal health? From immune and bone health to cellular energy and detoxification, I often speak of the importance of consuming a foundation of vitamins and minerals through organic foods and wholefood supplementation to achieve optimal health and longevity.  Vitamins and minerals come in many shapes and sizes, and it is vital to examine and recognize the biologically active forms of these essential nutrients. Though we must first ensure proper nutrition in our diet, ceruloplasmin has a critical function as our “Innate Healer” managing these nutrients effectively in the body. The Ceruloplasmin Is The Center of our Metabolic Activity Picture the ceruloplasmin proteins as little tangled-up balls of yarn produced by the liver and floating around in the blood, carrying copper and helping your body use iron properly. The significance of the ceruloplasmin, specifically its deficiency in the blood, is one of the most under-discussed metabolic processes impacting health and longevity today.  Ceruloplasmin needs to become a household word because it is the center of our metabolic activity and exceptionally important for regulating vitamin and mineral balance for our health. Optimizing ceruloplasmin activity facilitates proper iron function, magnesium regulation, copper transportation and many other biological processes necessary to aid the body in times of need. Simply put, the benefit of the nutrients you get through your diet and wholefood supplements is only as good as the ceruloplasmin activity that orchestrates it.*   Achieve The Metabolic Advantage Rich ceruloplasmin activity is necessary for proper copper transport, preventing unbound iron toxicity and magnesium dysfunction that can drive oxidative stress and inflammation in the body.  Furthermore, promoting healthy ceruloplasmin levels in the blood can deliver a metabolic advantage when strategically targeting a variety of health concerns.*  Here’s a targeted nutritional program to promote healthy ceruloplasmin activity and function.* Top Ten Ways to Promote Healthy Ceruloplasmin Activity Bioavailable Copper facilitates ceruloplasmin activity by oxidizing ferrous iron to ferric iron while supporting copper transport throughout the body.*   Magnesium is the conductor orchestrating thousands of enzymatic reactions throughout the body, making energy a response to stress in times of need.* Whole Food Vitamin C Complex (NOT SYNTHETIC VITAMIN C or ascorbic acid by itself), provides essential cofactors supporting the biosynthesis of ceruloplasmin and its function.*   Cod Liver Oil , in its triglyceride form, is a rich source of retinol, Vitamin A, and natural vitamin D, which are crucial for ceruloplasmin production in the liver.* Beef Liver   provides a plentiful source of retinol, Vitamin A, bioavailable iron, copper, and a surplus of other essential vitamins and minerals to promote healthy ceruloplasmin production and activity.*   Promoting optimal Liver Function   is critical to Ceruloplasmin production.* Healthy Adrenal Function promotes ceruloplasmin production by regulating signals from the adrenal glands.* The adrenal glands also need electrolyte support to help manage stress.*  Adequate ceruloplasmin levels, produced by the liver, are regulated by signals from the adrenals.* Iodine, like the ceruloplasmin, can also metabolize ferrous iron to ferric iron which can be useful when copper is low.*  It is even more important for thyroid performance , as it promotes the metabolism of plant-source beta-carotene to retinol (Vitamin A) for optimal ceruloplasmin production in the liver.* Taurine is a sulfur-based amino acid that promotes copper metabolism and retinol bioavailability for healthy ceruloplasmin activity.* Ceruloplasmin: Another AzureWell Key to Restoring Balance and Living Well Whether you're eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables or supplementing with wholefood nutrients, it’s really important to get all of this as a foundation for maintaining health and promoting longevity.* Your ceruloplasmin plays a key role in how these nutrients function, serving as your “innate healer”, making sure that your body uses these nutrients in all the right ways.* By having a targeted focus to support this ceruloplasmin activity, you allow yourself to be ready to handle any health challenges that might come your way.*

  • Are You Taking The Wrong Cod Liver Oil?

10 Essential Questions To Ask Your Cod Liver Oil Brand AzureWell’s Alaskan Cod Liver Oil is wild-caught Alaskan cod liver from sustainably harvested from the cold, pristine Arctic waters of the Bering Sea. To safeguard the integrity of the oil’s delicate nutrients, the cod are carefully preserved at low temperatures to ensure optimal freshness and nutrient stability. The cleaning process does not require heavy manipulation, high heat processing, or the use of harsh solvents to clean and purify the cod. It is able to separate the saturated fats and leave a cleaner, more premium omega-3 fatty acid—in its natural triglyceride form. Most fish supplements are synthetically injected with DHA and EPA to concentrate the amounts. But, such altered oil does not occur in nature and requires a complex process that breaks the natural glycerol structure of the oil, esterifying the DHA and EPA and burdening the liver. In contrast, with our AzureWell Alaskan Cod Liver Oil, we don’t incorporate any adulterated or synthetic forms of vitamin A, vitamin D, or synthetic injections of DHA and EPA. AzureWell’s specifications for cod liver oil require the natural triglyceride form of DHA and EPA and its natural balance between vitamins A and D at a ratio of 10:1. As with anything, the health benefits of cod liver oil are only as good as its source. And unfortunately, not all cod liver oil meets the high standards of AzureWell. Below, we have compiled a list of 10 questions to ask any other brand you may consider purchasing. 10 Essential Questions To Ask About Any Other Cod Liver Oil You May Consider Purchasing Is your cod liver oil in the natural triglyceride form or the ethyl ester form? AzureWell’s Answer:   Our cod liver oil is in its natural triglyceride form to ensure stability, bioavailability, and potency.  Do you add synthetic DHA, EPA, or vitamins A and D (from irradiated sheep lanolin)? AzureWell’s Answer:   We maintain the cod liver oil’s naturally occurring nutrient profile and never adulterate it by injecting synthetic DHA, EPA, or other vitamins into the cod liver oil. How is your cod liver oil processed, and do you use high heat, harsh solvents, or heavy manipulation? AzureWell’s Answer: Our oil is processed at low temperatures without harsh solvents, preserving its natural structure and nutrient integrity. Where is your cod sourced from, and is it ethically and sustainably harvested? AzureWell’s Answer:   Our cod is wild-caught from the pristine, cold waters of the Bering Sea and Alaskan coast, following strict sustainability practices that support responsible fisheries' management. How do you ensure freshness and prevent oxidation or rancidity in your cod liver oil? AzureWell’s Answer: To protect the delicate nutrients in the oil, the cod are carefully kept at low temperatures from catch through processing, then the oil is nitrogen flushed during bottling to prevent oxidation. Most importantly, our Cod Liver Oil is in the triglyceride form, which naturally safeguards it from oxidation. Do you test your cod liver oil for heavy metals, contaminants, and oxidation levels? AzureWell’s Answer:  Yes! Our oil undergoes rigorous third-party testing to ensure it meets and exceeds international purity and safety standards. Does your cod liver oil have a high potency of DHA, EPA, and vitamins A and D? AzureWell’s Answer:   You will never see unnatural “high potency” amounts of DHA, EPA, or vitamins A and D. We maintain the potency delivered by nature in the stable, highly bioavailable, triglyceride forms of DHA and EPA along with vitamins A and D in their naturally occurring ratio. Be aware, in the marketplace, higher level nutrient profiles are often achieved by injecting synthetics into the formula. Do you use nitrogen flushing or other methods to maintain the stability and purity of your product? AzureWell’s Answer:   Yes! Our oil is bottled in a nitrogen-flushed environment to protect against oxidation and maintain freshness. Does your cod liver oil contain Pro-Resolving Mediators (PRMs) or other beneficial marine nutrients? AzureWell’s Answer:  Yes! Our cod liver oil naturally contains Pro-Resolving Mediators (PRMs)—bioactive compounds that support inflammation resolution and immune health. How does your brand compare to others in terms of purity, potency, and bioavailability? AzureWell’s Answer: Unlike many brands, AzureWell never uses synthetic additives, and we ensure our oil remains in the natural triglyceride form for maximum absorption. At AzureWell, our goal is to maintain an unaltered, naturally occurring nutrient profile that is rigorously tested for identity, purity (including heavy metals), strength, and composition,  exceeding national and international quality and purity standards. Free from solvents, undesirable preservatives, and artificial flavors, Alaskan Cod Liver Oil is non-GMO and is bottled and packaged in a nitrogen-flushed environment to prevent oxidation. We think it’s the best, and we’re confident you’ll like it, too!

  • Protect Yourself from Mayhem with AzureWell's Microbial Cleanse

A Natural Approach to Restoring Order and Maintaining Balance Imagine your intestinal tract as a vibrant ecosystem, home to trillions of microbes, including bacteria, fungi and other tiny residents working side by side in harmony to maintain a delicate balance keeping your body strong and healthy. But when this microbial balance is disrupted by outside troublemakers, it can stir up all kinds of health challenges you don't want to face. The Silent Sabotage of Microbial Invaders Hoarding Toxins and Outsmarting Antibiotics Research shows that certain microbial menaces can cause your body to store unwanted toxins which stand in the way of your healthiest self. What’s shocking is these uninvited microbial nuisances can be tiny metal hoarders that can soak up heavy metal concentrations that exceed their own weight, even way more than your own tissue can hold . Moreover, a study published in PLOS ONE , Persistence of Borrelia burgdorferi  in Rhesus Macaques following Antibiotic Treatment of Disseminated Infection,   demonstrated that other invading microorganisms, such as Borrelia burgdorferi, can play hide and seek, hiding from antibiotic treatments by infecting themselves into microbial protozoans foreign to the human intestinal tract. Then, once the antibiotics are discontinued and the coast is clear, the unwanted microorganisms re-appear, setting the stage for a potentially chronic health concern. Restoring Order To Mayhem, Without Wrecking Your Health The bottom line is, the main issue with some of these shifty microbial critters is that they are potentially loaded with biotoxins that can create havoc to the immune system if exposed. So, the war on these feisty microbes is not about killing off, as it could open pandora’s box, but fixing the intestinal terrain and creating a balanced environment where they cannot thrive. You need to start strong from the beginning in creating a thriving biome to encourage them out of the intestinal walls and into the gut pipeline, where they can be safely eliminated through the bowel. Our bodies are like a well-tended garden that has the capability to maintain balance of its own ecosystem and naturally keep all microbes in order. When out of balance, uninvited guests seize the chance to take over and make themselves at home, causing immune challenges and disorder. Protecting ourselves from the threat of a world that is out of balance is the best preventative, rather than trying to manage disease. If your gut is feeling like it’s in a state of microbial mayhem, the AzureWell Microbial Cleanse is a gentle, three-phase approach to restore order to your microbial-biome, bringing balance and harmony to your digestive health.* AzureWell Microbial Cleanse Our body spends an enormous amount of energy removing harmful substances that we are challenged with every day. In the January 2024 article, “ A New Year, A New You: Fueling Your Transformation ,” we learned why a preparation phase of essential vitamins and minerals is necessary to promote cellular ATP before taking on any detoxification program. This baseline support is essential not only for cellular ATP but also supporting overall health, immune function, and a stronger intestinal defense against microbial imbalances.* Before starting the AzureWell’s Microbial Cleanse, it is recommended to be supported with any of the following foundational support essentials for a minimum of 30 days and throughout the Microbial Cleanse program: Whole Food Multi-Vitamin (Caps) , AzureWell Trace-Replace Ionic Minerals , Fulvic/Humic Blend Energy Earth (Powder) , Super Greens Pro pH, Organic (Powder)   Phase 1 (1st Month): Create a Healthy Uninhabitable Environment The 1st phase of the program is introduced to kickstart the cleanse to help disrupt the microbial activity by creating an inhospitable environment.* Initiating this helps with the microbial overload in the gut, making it easier for subsequent strategies to work effectively.*   This phase is to be started on month one and continued for 3 months. 1.     Para-Punch GI Defender (NS1849):   Contains clove to help disrupt the microbial imbalances promoting a cleaner gut environment for beneficial probiotics* 2.     MultiCulture Pre Post Probiotics, Fermented (NS 1844): Feeds and supports beneficial gut bacteria, helping them grow and function properly.* 3.     Bentonite Detoxification Clay (Freshwater) (NS 1814): Helps manage toxic biostress from microbes by binding and removing toxins, and microbial byproducts, supporting a balanced microbial environment during a cleanse. Other Considerations: Castor Oil Packs, Next Step Advanced Probiotic (NS 1847)   Phase 2 (2nd Month): Target & Remove Phase 2 of the microbial cleanse promotes the body’s natural immune response by targeting microbial stressors while the Bentonite Detoxification Clay (Freshwater) (NS 1814) supports the body's ability to continue to detoxify and cleanse any residual microbial biostress.* As the gut environment is cleansed and restored, the probiotics can now more effectively colonize to maintain a healthy gut microbiome.* This phase is to be started on month two and continued for 3 months. 1.     Kutaja Gut Advantage (NS 1836):   Features Holarrhena antidysenterica, effective against specific microbe stress while supporting gut lining integrity.* 2.     AzureWell Garlic Immune (NS 1831):   disrupts biofilm formation and interferes with microbial metabolism making it harder for harmful microbes to survive in the gut.* 3.     Betaine HCL, After Meal Digestive Aid (NS 1815): directly promotes stomach acid, creating an inhospitable environment for opportunistic microbes that would otherwise proliferate in the intestines.* Other Considerations: Digestive Enzymes, Mid-Meal Every Meal (NS 1825)   Phase 3 (3rd Month): Recover The goal of the Recover phase is to promote the strength and integrity of intestinal villi, reinforcing the gut barrier while rebuilding the body's natural immune defenses at the gut lining.* This recovery phase is specific to immune cell development supporting the body’s natural immune defenses against bacteria, viruses, and other harmful microbes. This phase is to be started on month three and continued for 3 months. 1.     Recover Immune Vitality Complex (NS 1859):   Contains nucleotides essential for cellular health, supporting the integrity and growth of intestinal villi, enhancing gut health, and immune responses.* 2.     Collagen, Pure (Deep Water Marine) (NS 1855): Collagen provides the amino acid profile to support the health of the intestinal villi, reinforcing gut barrier integrity, and promoting tissue repair for optimal digestive and immune function.* 3.     Stomach Soothing Support (NS 1861): Provides proteolytic activity to the intestinal villi reinforcing gut barrier integrity through balanced inflammation and continued cleanup of excess mucus and biofilms.* This proteolytic activity further aids in collagen absorption and creates an optimal environment for nutrient absorption and cellular repair.* Other Considerations: Alaskan Cod Liver Oil, 415 mg (NS 1878) or Alaskan Cod Liver Oil, 1,200 mg (NS 1902)

  • Practitioner Picks

Our AzureWell Practitioner's Favorite Supplements Boost your health with my go-to supplements from AzureWell, Trace Replace Ionic Minerals  and Fulvic/Humic Blend Energy Earth ! Both will aid in supporting your body's overall health and vitality and take a step towards a healthier you! Here’s how I like to use them in my practice. My favorite AzureWell products are Trace Replace Ionic Minerals and Fulvic/Humic Blend Energy Earth. Both can simply be added to your water each day for optimized use, making this easy and convenient. I can personally tell when I’ve not added mine for the day, as I am more sluggish and tired. In Practice : A large percentage of my clientele test for these two essentials in their Q4 scans, likely due to the climate of the TriState area (MD, WV, VA) affecting our water. Even if clients do not have a scan done, these are the first two AzureWell products I recommend due to the overall benefits. They can be conveniently added to my other first appointment recommendation, which is an increase in water consumption. Health Benefits : Trace Replace Ionic Minerals brings needed minerals of magnesium, sulfur, boron, and lithium that the filtered water often filters out. I usually recommend 1 dropper in 32-40oz of water along with 1/32 tsp of Fulvic/Humic Blend Energy Earth (unless they test otherwise on their Q4 scan). The Energy Earth provides a wide range of essential nutrients and trace elements that offer amazing health benefits of digestive health, immune function, absorption, detox, and fighting free radicals. If the look bothers you (it looks like dirt 😅) you can always add it to your face mask or foot soaks for similar benefit. Helpful Tips ! I personally add both Trace Replace Ionic Minerals and Fulvic/Humic Blend Energy Earth to my first 40oz bottle of water each morning and I can’t even taste a difference. I do use a water bottle that is not see-through so that helps and if I do see it, I just remember this is good “dirt water” 😂. • “Red Juice” that’s Healthy for Kids

Hydrating Juice My Whole Family Loves There is something magical about the way little children see the world. I especially love those unfiltered words and sayings that start as a mispronunciation or a child’s way of describing their experience and end up becoming part of the family lexicon forever.  At the risk of embarrassing my kids, I will share with you a few favorites that have stuck at our house. We still call Band-aids “Bood-aids” since they cover boo-boos, something my now adult daughter very logically explained to me when she was a toddler. We still say the moon is playing peek-a-boo when it hides behind clouds. Or how my now adult son called beet juice “red juice” when he was little. Still years later, we ask around the house “does anyone want red juice” when someone is whipping up a batch in the kitchen. Back then, “red juice” was just a healthy, fun, and refreshing drink. Now, as I navigate perimenopause and pay more attention to my hormone health, I know how powerful this simple juice really is for supporting liver health, energy and skin elasticity, especially when I stir in some collagen . This recipe is simple, and like most of my recipes, easily altered depending on what’s in season or what’s in the fridge. It also works in tandem with my supplements to provide additional health benefits to support my health.  If you want to learn more about why beets are so good for you, and how to incorporate them into your diet, check out this article  on the Azure Life Blog. If you want a nutrient packed and kid-approved smoothie recipe, hop over to the AzureWell Blog .  Shown here paired with AzureWell Liver Support Extended , you can’t go wrong with this bright red (delicious) juice! Ingredients: 1 cup watermelon, cubed ½ cup pineapple , chopped 1 small beet , peeled and chopped ½ cup coconut water ½ lime , juiced ⅛ teaspoon pink salt 1 scoop collagen powder  (optional) Instructions: Juice the watermelon, pineapple, and beet (or blend and strain). Mix with chilled coconut water, lime juice, sea salt, and collagen. Blend or shake, pour over ice if desired, and enjoy! Notes: Use seasonal fruits! If watermelon is not in season, try cucumber  for hydration. You can swap pineapple for mango  or orange  to keep the tropical vibe and tangy sweetness. Beets are … specific in their taste. If you are serving kids who are not used to them, or find the earthy flavor overpowering, start with ¼ of a small beet and work your way up. Sneak in greens! You can add a handful of spinach  to the juicer or even some fresh mint. Both are easy to grow (mint may be too easy to grow, if you know what I mean) and it adds a layer of fun to grab your own produce from the garden.  You may be interested in checking out our parent company, Azure Standard's recipe page on their Azure Life Blog where you'll find hundreds of delicious, nutritious and easy-to-prepare dishes. • Unlock Garlic's Full Potential

15 Garlic Home Remedies That Have Stood the Test of Time For thousands of years, healers have relied on garlic as a proven natural remedy for immune support and heart health, yet few people know of its full potential. Today, science confirms what ancient civilizations already knew -- garlic’s power comes from potent sulfur-containing compounds that are activated within seconds after the garlic bulb is crushed.   When raw garlic cloves are crushed, chopped, or chewed, the cell walls of the garlic bulb are fractured and activate a whole host of beneficial phytocompounds (alliin, allicin, ajoene, diallyl sulfides, thiosulfinates, S-allyl cysteine, and diallyl disulfide) that play a key role in supporting the body’s natural defenses, promoting microbial balance, and maintaining cardiovascular wellness. Ongoing research continues to support garlic’s profound health benefits, reinforcing its place in both holistic and modern healthcare. Whether eaten fresh as part of the diet, taken as an extract, or used in a supplement, garlic is widely recognized as one of the most effective and time-tested natural solutions for overall health and well-being. 15 Garlic Home Remedies To Transform Your Wellness 1.   Garlic Chyawanprash for Seasonal Wellness: Peel and crush 10 garlic cloves . • Another Look at Cod Liver Oil

It was a story in Dr. Weston A. Price’s book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration , that ultimately got me really interested in cod liver oil.  Until I read about Dr. Price’s experience with school children and cod liver oil, I hadn’t taken it very seriously.  Before that, I thought cod liver oil was just a bad-tasting elixir forced on growing children by well-meaning grandmothers!  Well, not exactly. One Good Meal with Cod Liver Oil In Chapter 22, “A New Vitamin-Like Activator,” Dr. Price shared about a group of children from poor families during the “industrial depression” who received “one extra good meal a day at midday” at the mission -- children who had rampant dental caries.  At home the families were eating a diet that had been responsible for their tooth decay — high in sweets and refined starches like “highly sweetened coffee and white bread, vegetable fat, pancakes made of a white flour and eaten with syrup, and doughnuts fried in vegetable fat.”  But, one meal a day, prepared and eaten at school (and strictly monitored for nutritional value), “completely controlled the dental caries of each member of the group.”  Even their capacity to learn improved! So, what did that one good meal a day include?  According to Dr. Price* it included: 4 oz. of tomato or orange juice with 1 tsp. of equal parts very high-vitamin natural cod liver oil  and especially high-vitamin butter oil. 1 pint of a very rich vegetable and meat stew made largely from bone marrow and fine cuts of tender meat (with plenty of very yellow carrots). (Sometimes the meat stew was substituted with fish chowder or organs of animals). Cooked fruit with very little sweetening. Rolls made from freshly-ground whole wheat and spread with high-vitamin butter. 2 glasses of fresh (raw) whole milk There is a lot of goodness in this meal from the 1930s or 40s. Cod liver oil was only one part of the equation. But, nonetheless, it intrigued me and I began studying the true value of cod liver oil. The cod liver oil used in this experiment was likely not the deodorized, oxidized (rancid), highly-processed oil of modern times where vitamins are first stripped out (through the processing), then added back in from such sources as irradiated lanolin. No kidding! I’ve learned a lot since spearheading the launch of our AzureWell line of professional-grade supplements. Together with the help of scientists, researchers, practitioners, and suppliers who have your health in mind, we’re able to bring you a great cod liver oil that maintains the goodness of the natural cod fish. What Makes AzureWell’s Alaskan Cod Liver Oil Remarkable No synthetic vitamins are added back in to “spike” the numbers.  The levels of vitamin A and D are entirely natural as they came from the fish. Minimal processing retains the “Triglyceride backbone” — These are a primary form of energy storage in the body and important to the structure of cell membranes. Screened and tested for heavy metals. From the cold Alaskan waters with no evidence of radiation contamination. Tested for oxidation (rancidity). Carefully encapsulated to prevent oxidation.  (Go ahead!  Bite the capsule open and taste the unflavored oil.  It doesn’t taste bad.  Perhaps you’ll think it tastes fishy, as minimally processed fish oil should… but not “bad.”) While we plan to offer liquid and flavored options in the future, our base cod liver oil (our starting ingredient) will always be of exceptional quality. For more insights into the goodness of our superior cod liver oil, watch our podcast video with Dr. Alphonzo Monzo on Ceruloplasmin .  And, add  unflavored AzureWell Alaskan Cod Liver Oil capsules  to your diet — as a kind of super food! *References: Nutrition & Physical Degeneration, by Weston A. • Practitioner Picks

Our AzureWell Practitioner's Favorite Supplements My favorite AzureWell product is what I call the Whole Food Trio! Wait, what supplement is that, I can not find it on the AzureWell store? Well that is because it is not one product but three I use together all the time. Often, I refer to it as the Whole Food 90 essential nutrients found in the trio of Whole Food Multi-Vitamin , Fulvic/Humic Blend , and the Alaskan Cod Liver Oil found only at AzureWell. Ever since the legendary work of Dr. Joel Wallach , we have understood the importance of the 90 essential nutrients. Dr. Joel D. Wallach DVM ND, is a biomedical research pioneer , who spent more than 50 years observing and researching the effects of individual nutrients on health. His innovative perspective is derived from his background in veterinary medicine. In 1982, Dr. Wallach switched his focus to human biology and became a Naturopathic Physician. He couldn’t stand by and watch physicians and mainstream medicine ignore his findings that there were 90 Essential Nutrients a body must have or disease may result . Even today, because our soils are depleted, and we are no longer getting these nutrients from our foods – even if they are organic – supplementation is vital. There are as many as 10 deficiency diseases that can result from each nutrient that is missing for any length of time. This is a total of up to 900 diseases that can be prevented with proper nutrition.  Furthermore, the 90 essential nutrients are made up of 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids, and 2 fatty acids. They are called essential because you need them for life to exist, however your body cannot make them. This means that you must get this 90 essential nutrients from diet. Because the body cannot make or synthesize these nutrients, when any one of them is missing for any length of time, disease develops.  Since the foods we eat today are so devoid of these nutritional elements, we must supplement with them every day. Unfortunately, there is one catch, we do not want just any type of supplement or nutrient. Dr Wallach did not spend much time or money at looking at the difference between whole food nutrients and synthetic or isolated nutrients. We want whole food based nutrients. Since 1941 research done by Dr. Agnes Faye Morgan at the University of California found that animals fed synthetic vitamins had toxic reactions or died more quickly of degenerative diseases compared to those fed whole foods.  She stated that the enrichment of processed foods with synthetic vitamins may “precipitate conditions worse than the original deficiency.” Since then there has been numerous quietly mentioned studies that prove that synthetic vitamins and nutrients are not the same as what God created in nature, both in their chemical structure and energetically. They simply are not meant to be food for us, otherwise God would have put them in food. In comes AzureWell to provide us with the best of both worlds, the 90 essential nutrients in a whole food form. Health benefits of adding the 90 Essential Whole Food Trio into your regimen could be indescribable. The better question would be, what will not benefit? This is why I highly recommend all my clients to either start with the Trio or work up to that point as maintenance. It is a foundational step in healthcare!  I would recommend you try the trio in this way. Take 4 caps of Whole Food Multi-Vitamin with breakfast or lunch. Take about 3 caps of Alaskan Cod Liver Oil daily with meals that involve fats. Lastly, take the Fulvic/Humic Blend daily anywhere from 1/32 tsp up to 1/8 tsp daily. Start slowly as the Fulvic/Humic Blend is really pure, and powerful. You don’t want to detox to fast with those essential minerals. So, what are you waiting for? Give it a try for at least 90 days. Make a health inventory of all your current symptoms, no matter how small or big. Then try the trio for 90 days and redo your health inventory. If you see a difference you have just found a new regimen for life! • Testosterone

The Hidden Door to Your Garden of Vitality Many of us assume that feeling “old” is something we will not face until our 60s or 70s. The truth is, aging doesn't wait until we are older. It starts way earlier than most of us realize. Environmental stress, poor diet, and all of life's unexpected hurdles present an endless task to keeping our body in balance, especially if we don't take the necessary time to support our health to keep it running smoothly. I experienced this firsthand in my early 40s after I had a traumatic back injury and began noticing some unsettling symptoms that were impossible to ignore: low energy, a decline in strength, and a noticeable loss of vitality. The physical and emotional toll of this injury, combined with my age, had caused my testosterone levels to crash, leaving me feeling disconnected from the vibrant, energetic person I used to be. Suddenly, hormonal balance wasn’t just something I was advising others about, it was something I had to confront head-on with my own health. At the young age of 40, I knew pre-andropause was on the horizon, but this trauma had potentially created the perfect storm that fast-tracked a cascade of hormonal shifts, quickly amplifying its effects. This was my wake-up call and my time to act was now, before it was too late. Myth vs Fact Redefining Testosterone From Rage to Radiance Testosterone often gets a bad rap as the temper-triggering, aggression hormone, but research over the past decade has flipped the script. Science now demonstrates that promoting this “raging hormone” can actually be the secret weapon for building one’s calm confidence, more like the “feel-good glow-up” hormone. The Science About Testosterone Is Abundantly Clear Fortunately, since the early 2000s, there has been an explosion of research on testosterone. You can find over 2000 studies on PubMed that show the undeniable connection between testosterone and overall health. Low testosterone is associated with an increased risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, muscle loss, chronic inflammation, and this list goes on. Beyond all of these health concerns, low testosterone can rob you of your drive and vitality , leading to feelings of depression, diminished sexual desire, and a loss of that spark that just makes you feel alive. The science here is abundantly clear, low testosterone isn’t just about energy and mood, it’s connected to a whole range of health risks as men age, and this aging starts in our 30s. What Is Free Testosterone? By age 30, testosterone levels start to decline at a rate of about 1% per year. However, only 2% of your total testosterone is in the "Free" bioavailable form that your body can actually use... and this critical Free Testosterone declines even faster, dropping by 2% to 3% every year. Free Testosterone is the active form that your body can use. It’s the Free Testosterone that fuels muscle growth, fat metabolism, bone health, cognitive performance, and much more. Even though total testosterone levels may look fine, about 98% of it is tied up by proteins like SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin) or albumin, leaving only about 2% to be available in the Free Testosterone form. Moreover, as we age, our SHBG levels rise thus causing this 2% Free Testosterone to drop even lower, even when total testosterone levels appear to be normal. That’s why focusing on Free Testosterone gives a clearer picture of your hormonal health and helps you address energy, vitality, and overall well-being more effectively. Backed by Science: Clinically Target Free Testosterone with a New Class of Botanicals AzureWell’s Testosterone Support for Men is scientifically formulated with a culmination of botanical compounds featuring an all-natural Fenugreek Seed Extract patented as Testofen™, coupled with an Eurycoma longolia  extract patented as LJ100™. Don’t Wait to Pull the Weeds, Take Action Now Aging is inevitable, but how you age is up to you. You are built for more and you deserve to feel strong, energized and alive. I have been there in your shoes, facing the same struggles with low testosterone and the challenges that come with aging. The science is clear, Free Testosterone is the key to being at your best. Take action now. Do not wait to pull the weeds, as your garden of radiant health and vitality is waiting to flourish. 5 Supporting Strategies for Optimal Testosterone Performance DHEA-Cortisol Ratio for Vitality:   DHEA is one of the body’s key hormones which helps to intercoordinate the complex endocrine system promoting estrogen and testosterone balance.* By age 21, the adrenal glands produce abundant levels of DHEA: these levels peak around age 25 to 28. By age 40, DHEA levels are half of what they were at age 21. DHEA levels continue to decline steadily; by age 70, DHEA levels are 10% to 15% of the peak levels. Maintaining DHEA levels in a healthy range reduces the risk of cortisol’s negative effects when the adrenal system is under distress, mitigating cortisol-induced muscle and bone loss, maintaining overall vitality especially during times of stress.*   AzureWell’s DHEA from Wild Yam   can help promote a balanced ratio of DHEA to Cortisol and optimize testosterone function.* Maintaining a healthy DHEA hormone balance is essential for maintaining hormone balance specific to testosterone, maintaining immune function and softening the catabolic effects of cortisol, helping to preserve muscle mass, bone density, and overall vitality.*  Promote Adrenal Energy for Cortisol Control: Healthy Adrenal function is essential to maintaining optimal cortisol levels which is key to managing stress, energy and hormone stability.* AzureWell AdrenaNew Adaptogen   and   Adrenal Food (Super-charged Vit C)   target the body's stress response, helping to regulate cortisol production by promoting balanced adrenal function.* Healthy adrenal function is essential for maintaining appropriate cortisol levels, which are crucial for managing stress, supporting energy levels, and maintaining overall hormonal balance.* By modulating the body's response to stress,   AdrenaNew Adaptogen   can help prevent excessive cortisol spikes and promote a more stable cortisol rhythm.* Together,   AdrenaNew Adaptogen   and   Adrenal Food (Super-charged Vit C)   can promote healthy adrenal function and contribute to maintaining balanced cortisol levels, which are important for overall health and well-being in both men and women.* Supporting Estrogen Metabolism:  As men age, estrogen metabolism and balance is vital to maintain healthy SHBG balance and testosterone stability.*   AzureWell’s Men’s & Women’s Estrogen Balance   plays a pivotal role in promoting healthy estrogen metabolism maintaining the body’s natural balance of estrogen into its beneficial forms to offset the production of harmful estrogen byproducts that can lead to cellular proliferation and hormone imbalance. • Pink Popcorn with AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root Powder

A Healthy Snack Even Your Kids Will Love! Finding creative ways to get my kids to eat their veggies has always been a battle. If a food is not the perfect texture or color, I’m lucky if I even get my kids to taste it. This is especially true for snack time. I’ve been on a mission to find healthier snacks that all of my kids can enjoy and we’ve finally found a hit in popcorn with Azurewell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root Powder , which my kids love to call “Pink popcorn”! Popcorn can be a healthy snack as long as it’s not drowned in butter, salt and oil. It’s a whole grain, complex carbohydrate and a good source of fiber. To keep our popcorn wholesome, we opt for organic, non-gmo kernels and prepare it in an air popper. There are other methods to make popcorn but we stay away from prepackaged microwave popcorn due to the potential of added chemicals and excessive amounts of fats and salt. Seasonings are another important factor and while beets may seem like an odd choice, the two actually pair well. AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root Powder  has been the perfect way to create a fun, colorful snack that adds nutritional value. Beets are packed with vitamins and minerals like iron and potassium and are a great way to add fiber into the diet. Beets are probably best known for their nitrates. These compounds help with the body’s blood flow. On top of all of these benefits, this beet powder is fermented. Fermentation helps to make the nutrients more bioavailable and digestible while also adding postbiotics.  When my kids are eating this snack, I can feel one step closer to accomplishing my mission for a healthier life for my family!  Pink Popcorn with AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root Powder Ingredients: 2 tsp AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root Powder   1/4 tsp Salt 2 tsp Powdered sugar  (optional) 1/2 cup Popcorn  kernels 2 Tbsp Oil  (if making popcorn over a stove) 2 Tbsp Butter Instructions: If using powdered sugar, mix together with beet powder and salt, set aside. Prepare popcorn using your preferred method. Pour popcorn into a large bowl and drizzle with melted butter. Mix together. Sprinkle beet powder/salt mixture over popcorn and stir to evenly coat. Taste and add more seasonings as desired. Makes about 4-5 servings. AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Beet Root  is very versatile as a natural color with added nutritional value. This recipe is a quick way to boost a kid’s snack. Notes:  For best results, add the seasonings to hot popcorn with butter or oil (of your choice) to help it stick better.  Start off light on the seasonings and adjust as you go along to suit your taste. You can substitute a low calorie sweetener in place of powdered sugar. A new favorite of mine is allulose . Monk fruit  and xylitol  are other options that can be used. The sweetener makes it more of a kettle corn and balances some of the earthy beet taste. My kids prefer this version.  Your fingers will turn purple from the powder! • Breakfast Oatmeal with AzureWell’s Pure Collagen

A Healthy Dish to Start the Day For several years now, oatmeal has been a consistent go-to for me for breakfast.  After abdominal surgery I needed something that was easy to eat, contained soluble fiber, and could help me have consistent and predictable bowel function.  I started simple, and as my digestion improved I added more super-foods. Oatmeal by itself has many health benefits partly because of its beta-glucans (a type of soluble fiber found in oats, barley, and mushrooms) which can actually benefit your immune function.  From maintaining heart health and appropriate blood sugar levels, to supporting digestion and keeping your bowels functioning properly, oatmeal has helped sustain generations over the centuries.  (It’s very important to only eat organic oats because most commercially available non-organic conventionally-grown oats have been sprayed with glyphosate.  Glyphosate is often used as a desiccant to dry out the grain before harvest… so that damaging pesticide/herbicide goes right on the ready-to-eat oats.)  But, oatmeal is even better when we add spices.  Not only do spices contain micronutrients, but with the aromas that waft from the stove while cooking, spices actually help our digestion by enticing our bodies to get the digestive juices going.  “Mmmm, that smells good!” I even add AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Turmeric & Ginger Powder  to my oatmeal.  First, I’m a strong believer in the value of turmeric especially after my health journey.  And second, once turmeric is fermented, it loses that super-hot “bite” that is associated with curry seasoning. The Big Win!  Adding AzureWell’s Pure Collagen  (it's totally flavorless) to my morning oatmeal is my way of getting extra protein (4 grams)... not just any protein, but the collagen that supports healthy hair, skin, and nails.  I was eager to recover (inside and out) from the difficulties of my cancer journey. Topping it with Organic Red Walnuts  (which don’t have the bitter flavor so common with regular English walnuts) and unheated honey , are my favorite ways to enjoy this flavorful oatmeal. Breakfast Oatmeal with AzureWell’s Collagen Ingredients: 2 cups Water 1/4 tsp. Salt ¼ cup Raisins 1 Tbsp. Goji Berries  (dried) 2 Tbsp. AzureWell Pure Collagen ½ tsp. Ceylon Cinnamon, Organic  (ground) ½ tsp. Cinnamon, Organic  (ground) ⅛ tsp. Allspice, Organic  (ground) Dash Cloves, Organic  (ground) 1/2 tsp. AzureWell Fermented Turmeric + Ginger Powder, Organic  (Optional) 1 cup Organic Rolled Oats  (Regular or “Old Fashioned”) Red Walnuts  (or nuts of your choice), chopped Honey  (or sweetener of your choice, I prefer unheated honey ) Milk  (or Cream ) Instructions: In a sauce pan, combine water, raisins, spices, and collagen. Bring to a boil. Stir in rolled oats. Cover and lower heat to just a simmer. Simmer for 6 to 10 minutes (according to desired consistency). Remove from heat. Spoon into bowls (2). Top with chopped nuts, a spoonful of honey and pour milk or cream on cereal as desired. Makes 2 generous servings. AzureWell’s Pure Collagen (Deep Water Marine)  is tasteless and dissolves very easily in the mix.  It adds a nutritious protein element to the oatmeal dish known to enhance the health of skin, hair, and nails. AzureWell’s Organic Fermented Turmeric and Ginger Powder , listed as “optional”, adds valuable nutrition for supporting the digestive system. • Introduce your heart to ...

This Nobel Prize Winning, Molecule of the Year Yep, this is no laughing gas. Nitric oxide is so important to our body that in 1992 Science magazine named it “Molecule of the Year.” Later in 1998, it was awarded a Nobel Prize in Medicine for its groundbreaking role as a signaling molecule for the cardiovascular system – and rightfully so!  Not to be confused with nitrous oxide (aka the laughing gas that keeps you giggling in the dental chair), nitric oxide is scientifically recognized as an essential messenger molecule promoting optimal cardiovascular health and supporting hundreds of body processes necessary for overall health and function. This powerful ally works by directly targeting the cardiovascular system -- relaxing your blood vessels, allowing them to widen and keep blood flowing freely for maintaining healthy blood pressure.  Now, more recent research highlights nitric oxide as one of the cornerstones of vibrant health, supporting everything from oxygen delivery and brain function to gut health and the microbiome. It keeps our mitochondria running efficiently, helps the immune system, mobilizes stem cells, and even supports telomerase activity – which actually helps your cells liver longer!    Defy Your Destiny As we get older, our bodies simply don't make the amount of nitric oxide they once did. It's not that we can't use what we do have, we just stop producing the amount we need. Studies demonstrate that by the age of 40, our available nitric oxide levels are about half of what we had in our 20s. And by the time we are 60, it plummets to just 15% -- drastically affecting circulation, healing and energy to every one of the trillion+ cells in our body. I want to emphasize: As we get older, our bodies don't stop using nitric oxide, it just slows down its ability to produce and maintain its availability. Factors like free-radicals, cellular aging, and blood vessel challenges all reduce the ability to make nitric oxide and keep it available at healthy levels in the blood. Yes, doing nothing will allow declining nitric oxide levels to impact your energy, healing, and oxygen levels, but it doesn't have to be the end of your story - you are in control and have the power to change your health destiny. By adding nitrate-rich veggies to your meals, exercising regularly, and avoiding nitric oxide blocking habits (like alcohol or unnatural mouthwash), you can reclaim your vitality and support your heart, immune system, and overall wellness for years to come. Did You Know ... Breathing through your nose doesn’t just help you smell! Dr. Nathan Bryan, one of the foremost authorities in Nitric Oxide research, explains your paranasal sinuses actually produce nitric oxide whey you breathe through your nose. Focusing on nasal breathing allows nitric oxide to reach the lungs and blood, aiding in nitric oxide delivery throughout the body. So, close your mouth and let your nose do all the work.  A Deep Dive into Phytocompounds to Optimize Nitric Oxide*  To naturally promote healthy nitric oxide levels in the blood, focus on whole foods that supply the necessary phytocompounds (including naturally occurring antioxidants), to support healthy production and bioavailability.* Focusing on foods like beets , arugula, celery  and spinach  are rich in nitrates but also provide their necessary cofactors (like vitamin c), to maintain optimal antioxidant activity.* While nitrates are a necessary precursor to the nitrate-nitrite-NO pathway to produce nitric oxide, they can oxidize into harmful metabolites (like nitrosamines), if the food is not supported by its naturally occurring antioxidant cofactors like carotenoids and polyphenols.*      WARNING: The Following Information Gets A Bit Nerdy! Key nutrients can help keep blood vessels healthy, promoting  endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS), which aids  in nitric oxide availability.* Nattokinase and proteolytic enzymes can help process fibrin proteins to maintain healthy blood flow, arterial integrity and blood pressure regulation.* Pyroloquinoline quinine (PQQ) and CoQ10 bolster cell energy and provide continued antioxidant relief required for healthy nitric oxide production.* Specific vitamins and minerals, like vitamin Bs  and magnesium, directly assist nitric oxide function through energy metabolism and eNOS activity.*   Fuel Your Vitality Nitric oxide truly is a powerhouse for your health, keeping your cardiovascular system strong, energy levels vibrant, and overall health running at its best. Naturally supporting its production gives you the power to take charge of your health and vitality as you age. The best part, you’re in control! Just by eating nitrate rich foods, adding key nutrients, and making healthy lifestyle choices, you can unlock your nitric oxide potential and set yourself up to thrive for many years to come. AzureWell’s Top Ten Solutions for Optimal Nitric Oxide Support* Fermented Beet Root   promotes healthy nitric oxide levels by providing a rich source of dietary nitrates that can convert into nitric oxide through the nitrate-nitrite-NO pathway.*  Fermenting beets is nature’s way of concentrating the nitrates, minimizing sugar, and increasing the bioavailability of these valuable nutrients to every one of the trillion+ cells throughout your body.* Additionally, AzureWell’s Fermented Beet Root Powder is a whole food complex containing its natural cofactors, rich in antioxidant activity, to support the body's natural defense mechanisms.*  It does this by reducing the formation of potentially harmful compounds like nitrosamines.* Resveratrol Liquid  features fermented resveratrol to target endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) activity, which promotes nitric oxide production.* Resveratrol is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants to protect nitric oxide from oxidative stress, nitrosamines and other harmful metabolites.* CircuHeart Enzymes   features two clinical powerhouses in nitric oxide production, L-Arginine and Nattokinase along with a full array of wholefood nutrients to provide a diverse support of cofactors for healthy antioxidant activity.* As a direct precursor for nitric oxide, L-Arginine serves as a substrate for eNOS to synthesize nitric oxide.*   Nattokinase supports cardiovascular health by maintaining healthy blood flow reducing vascular resistance, indirectly enhancing nitric oxide activity.* Astaxanthin  is a potent antioxidant that protects nitric oxide from being degraded by reactive oxygen species into harmful metabolites like nitrosamines.* It also supports endothelial health, promoting nitric oxide bioavailability.* Dual-Purpose Proteolytic Enzymes  provide high proteolytic enzyme activity to support vascular health by supporting a healthy inflammatory response and promoting healthy blood vessel function promoting the bioavailability of nitric oxide.* PQQ & CoQ10   is formulated with   PQQ and CoQ-10 to support mitochondrial function and healthy antioxidant activity, providing endothelial cells with the energy required for nitric oxide synthesis.* It also acts as an antioxidant, protecting nitric oxide from oxidative degradation into the potentially harmful metabolites like nitrosamines.*  Trace Replace Ionic Minerals  provides essential minerals, like magnesium chloride, to aid in healthy vasodilatory function promoting eNOS activity to directly target nitric oxide production.* Maintaining healthy magnesium levels are important to regulate intracellular calcium levels critical for nitric oxide synthesis.* Olive Leaf Advanced Immune  contains olive leaf, which is highly regarded for its immune support properties.* It is also rich in polyphenols that support healthy blood vessel function and reduce oxidative stress supporting healthy nitric oxide activity.* Taurine Plus   contains the clinical dosage of Taurine to support nitric oxide production by enhancing eNOS activity and improving blood flow.*  Activated B Complex  includes thiamin and vitamin B12.  Both support healthy nitric oxide levels by promoting optimal endothelial function and energy production for nitric oxide synthesis.* Thiamin aids in cellular energy production, while vitamin B12 helps maintain healthy homocysteine metabolism, supporting vascular health.*
