15 Garlic Home Remedies That Have Stood the Test of Time

For thousands of years, healers have relied on garlic as a proven natural remedy for immune support and heart health, yet few people know of its full potential. Today, science confirms what ancient civilizations already knew -- garlic’s power comes from potent sulfur-containing compounds that are activated within seconds after the garlic bulb is crushed.
When raw garlic cloves are crushed, chopped, or chewed, the cell walls of the garlic bulb are fractured and activate a whole host of beneficial phytocompounds (alliin, allicin, ajoene, diallyl sulfides, thiosulfinates, S-allyl cysteine, and diallyl disulfide) that play a key role in supporting the body’s natural defenses, promoting microbial balance, and maintaining cardiovascular wellness.
Ongoing research continues to support garlic’s profound health benefits, reinforcing its place in both holistic and modern healthcare. Whether eaten fresh as part of the diet, taken as an extract, or used in a supplement, garlic is widely recognized as one of the most effective and time-tested natural solutions for overall health and well-being.

#6: I certainly hope that you are not advocating the use of undiluted essential oil to the skin!!!! Essential oils should NEVER be used on skin without diluting first in a carrier oil! NEVER! The eucalyptus essential oil should FIRST be diluted with the castor oil. In the quantities given, more castor oil and less eucalyptus E.O should be used. Please don't give unsafe recipes here. Do your research beforehand.
