A simple whole food recipe using AzureWell's Trace-Replace Ionic Minerals

Ingredients
Serving Size of AzureWell Trace-Replace Ionic Minerals
1½ cups of Frozen Blueberries
¼ cup of Lemon Juice
Coconut Sugar to taste (Optional but I would start with ¼ cup)
1 cup of filtered water
Ice (optional)
Steps
Place the blueberries, lemon juice, water, and coconut sugar into a blender and blend until smooth.
(Optional) Strain liquid to remove blueberry chunks.
Pour into cups or a large pitcher.
Add AzureWell Trace-Replace Ionic Minerals (for yourself or those who need them)
Enjoy!
One of my favorite things to drink is flavored lemonade. There is just something about the combination of citrusy sourness and sweet fruits that pairs in a way that I truly believe makes it one of the best beverages (at least during the warmer months). Blueberry lemonade in particular, is one that I find enjoyable to make because it is easy to create and you can enjoy it with the whole family–in my case I had assistance from my godchildren, who were amazing helpers!

Crafting flavored lemonades at home has also helped me avoid artificial flavors and dyes that I grew up with. One of my favorites that I drank for years is still widely available and I think about it each time I am out and about. Due to the artificial dyes, I know it’s best to avoid it altogether. It took me a while into my adulthood to understand the connection both had to my health, I won’t elaborate here but perhaps in the future.
This has also been a main reason I greatly appreciate what Azure Standard and AzureWell are doing—high standards and labels that make sense. I don’t need to sit and Google each listed ingredient to learn if it is another name for artificial flavors or dyes. I can just look at the labels and feel confident that I am avoiding those two fairly common ingredients. I can feel confident that Azure provides me with products that contain ingredients I can trust.
